So the 5th Column is back in Steel Canyon, Boomtown, Independence Port and Founders' Falls. They've also been showing up in Sharkshead, but were already out of the game when it was introduced, so it's not a return. Still haven't seen any in the Rikti War Zone or Striga.

I was running around steel when i notice that the 5ths was attacking the councils. When did this start to happen or just have i missed it for the longest time?
