There is maintenance every Monday and Friday morning. Has been for a very long time.
Tuesday's maintenance was to publish Issue 16.
Yesterday's maintenance was emergency maintenance to fix a game-breaking Issue. It also happened at 2pm your time, so shouldn't have been n issue from what you said.
There was no maintenance on Wednesday.
Monday and Friday are the only ones that happen regularly, other than patch days and emergency maintenance.

I just get frustrated at times when you want to play and the servers are down, I got up early today forgot is Friday maintenance day 
back to work tonight so I need to play as much as possible early.
The servers are already back up. Most of the time Maintenance takes much less time than the 2hr window.

ok so the last few days has just been alotta circumstances.... when they post its regular maintenance one begins to wonder. But its sure damn annoying that the only 5 hours of the day im able to play, has become the norm down time

It has not 'become' the norm down time. It's been that way for five years now. It used to be daily. Now they try to keep it to just Mondays and Fridays if they can. After an issue release, it tends to be a bit more to deal with the stability issues.

Plus with new issues you always see extra maintance to fix bugs etc. Today's also includes the tailor tokens. Give it a week or two to go back to just mon and fri.

Normally, and we're talking the norm, what happens all the time, the servers are down 2.4% of the time in the space of a week for maintenance.
This week, the week of an issue release, which happens, normally, at most three times a year, the down time is 5% of the week.
Next week, it will go back to 2.4%.
So... let's cut out all this talk of "Zomg! why is it *ALWAYS* down!!!!!11!111???"

And they tend to be good at announcing when these extra maintenance periods are the day before.

Ok so like I work 11pm to 7am Sun threw Thur. I try to play my City of Heros/Villians when i get home from work. usually around 7:30... general background. Here lately ive noticed the so called regularly scedualed maintenance is running on a dayly basis... down around 8am my time not back up till some point after 11am. These are of'corce the ONLY times i get to play.
So to my question :Is this new DAYLY outages a regular thing now? Because if so, it would appear i need to find a new place for my money because paying for a game i can never seem to play is bs.
