I just spent a lot of time trying to find it for you, and you're right! It doesn't seem to be listed in the FAQ like it used to! I even tried looking at official vBulletin forums and couldn't find it there either.
I'm probably tired or just blind.. or they hid the information REALLY well.. or it's actually not listed anywhere anymore.. so I used an archive website to go back to the old forum and get the information from there instead:

It's a system-generated User Title - stranger, newbie, journeyman, member etc. You progress through the various levels according to the cumulative number of posts you have made. And unless somebody comes up with a new official link to the list on this forum, you can just subscribe to this thread and look at it anytime you want.
Also, I don't think they are doing the custom VIP titles on this forum either.
It appears that Cuppa Incarnate and all custom titles have been nuked. Everyone with over 10000 posts seems to have been reverted to Forum Cartel.
