It's a bug due to the new difficulty setting coding. Paragon Studio's stopgap measure is in the next patch, which is currently on the test server. You will be forced to run all TFs / SFs at +0 level, and the AVs at the end of the STF / LRSF will be hardcoded to level 54. No more running TFs / SFs at +1 level or +2 level.

Yeah, its a shame they spawn as 50s. *shrug* I think I read something about TF difficulties being set in a future patch? Maybe that addresses this? This bears investigation.

Yeah I hate the i16 difficulty nonsense with TFs. They have a fix on test for it, but sadly that is kinda stupid as well (you can't change difficulty at all).
Coded to 54 on the Lord Recluse?
They lowered them to 53 as it was seen as too difficult for casual players. Way to backtrack. Gg.
