If you enter the Arena in Pocket D... well that are the same sounds there. Just look down at the little rikti monkeys fight.
Just goes to show that the Truck In sharkhead (or maybe any Pocket D entrance) is a weeird place.

The ones in Sharkhead, however, are coming from the Sharkhead branch of the Monkey Fight Club. Try the door across from Mr. Ansaldo (or the door near the Cage Consortium truck across from the nearby Quartermaster).

The one in Sharkhead changed ownership.
Also, if you go into DJ Zero's Valentine mission, the monkeys spawn in the corner of the map in the water (no cage). It's a bug.
