That's likely what I'll have to do. I just tried running radio missions in FF, and it still comes up Brickstown. I was kind of hoping to do this solo, but if I can't, I can't.

You can sort of get the mission for yourself, get it on an alt, find a friend, have them enter to hold the mish open, swap toons, have them invite you, get the badge. Your alt will get the temp item if you complete the mission.

If you MUST do it on your own, for whatever reason, go into options and turn off your XP so you stay 35 indefinitely. Then just keeping doing radio missions until you get the safeguard you want.

Don't forget, it's not WHERE you take the Safeguard mission -- it's based solely on your toon's level. So regardless of the zone you took the mission in, you will get the particular Safeguard based only on your level.
