Mouse Cursor Size

Does anyone know a way to make the mouse cursor bigger onscreen?

I have a large monitor and set my resolution rather high, which looks great and makes plenty of room to see everything with all the trays and windows open, But my mouse cursor has become ridiculously tiny. I have to flail my mouse around wildly and try to find it if there's much of a battle going on onscreen. It really sucks if I need to click something, like a door/elevator/glowie/specific-enemy, and I can't find my mouse to click it.

What I'd really love is for a way to make the cursor a couple of times bigger. 2-3 times normal size, nothing crazy.

A slider is a good idea, in my opinion.

I don't know of any way to make the cursor bigger. I even tried replacing the game cursors, but they just get truncated to the smaller size anyway.

A workaround some people have used, is going to your Mouse Options (in your Windows control panel) and select the option for "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key". This makes a big recticle flash momentarily around the cursor. Problem with that, though (besides not being able to use CTRL for anything else without it going off), is that it may act weird in fullscreen mode and not display the full animation.

This has been mentioned a number of times as a quality of life issue, particularly for people with impaired vision. The cursor is customizable in Windows and many other programs. Unfortunately, the Windows changes do not carry over into CoH.

It's not just people with impaired vision. It is not that hard to lose track of the mouse pointer when there are a lot of graphic effects going off at the same time. An adjustable mouse pointer would be an awesome addition.
