And boy do I have rotten luck. First mission, defeat all, can't find the last enemy and I get mapserved with 6 minutes left on the clock.

If you've not handed it in to Pither yet, then don't. Contact support with the failed mission still in your tray and explain the situation.

They may be able to do something about it, they may not, but no harm in trying

You have to complete all his missions though and Orobouros only seems to give you a specific one

Ouroboros doesn't give you any of the missions required for Efficiency Expert. The only Pither missions you can get in Ouroboros are his "Alone in the Darque" story arc, which doesn't count towards the badge.

Fleeting is right--Ozone doesn't do Jack for EE Pither. However, it IS possible to do all the timed missions, fail at least one, and get the badge. I've done it myself. Don't understand the mechanics, really, but try not to blow any other ones and see what happens. Good luck.
