As far as legal copy, chase is right, the legal copy he uses was given to the City Of Comic Creators Group by one of the devs when we formed. There are currently 9 of us making comics, and using the legal jargon.
Add Paragon Studios to the mix, and you'll be good.

For hosting there are options.
For instance www.cohcomics.com can do it.
There is also us at the CCC, www.cohcomicindex.com
And others like www.issuu.com and photobucket.

Thanks, I'll check those out. Google Sites seems OK at the moment, though. Easy to use, 100mb free space, fast and simple.
And thanks for the legal copy. English legal jargon is pretty incomprehensible to us non-natives. Help is appreciated.
I've got storyboards ready for 4-5 strips, which I'm going to work on this weekend. Had to wait for one of the main characters to return from Hungary before I could start shooting them.
(It seems that alcohol there is way too cheap, btw )
What was the editor/program you used to do this? I've been wanting to do the same thing you're doing, but haven't found a viable program that's available. I think the one I was looking for was Comic Creator, but it's been awhile since I went hunting.
Any startup help in where/how to get the editor/program would be greatly appreciated!
And to the OP, the story you did is OH so true! Good job!
Actually I just used Adobe Photoshop, as I use it daily in my work, so I'm getting pretty fluent with it.
First I considered using some dedicated webcomic software, but I'm pretty happy mucking about with my trusty ol' Photoshop.

Damn, I thought I'd permanently burnt out. Getting the bug to write again.
Why does this happen during crunch time? I haven't been home before 9pm all week (and I leave home before 7am)
Must... prepare... website...
The comic book creator is gone unfortunatly. But there are a few very rare options out there for you.
The main one that people are falling in love with is Comic Life created for the mac but they do have a windows version of it now,. Its a pretty good program with alot of customizability.

Since more than one seemed interesting, I'll just link this here. Its not done of course but at least whats on there so far will interest you.

Its a wiki site I was working on but unforutnatly setting it up is proving very very difficult on my own. php is a pain for me (who doesnt even really know html either) and I am trying to figure out security options and how to fully use it (like rollbacks and such) before I open it up the wide open public.
I am also trying to figure out how to allow pdf files to upload with the jpegs and other image upload stuff as well as figuring out how to increase the max mb upload from whatever it is now to something that can handle the average fan made comic (maybe 20mb... or 25mb just to be safe)
But again, unforturnalty I took on a project that is out of my league for myself alone and that sucks...
But its here for situations like this.
If you look under the Author's Pages on the front page there, youll see several things like Tools & Programs, Hosting and Storage and Guides & Info.
It has some good info on it but I also havnt uploaded everything I possibly could. There are a lot of cool resources for game comic makers out there.

Introductions, Obey,
Last weekend I didn't have anything else booked, so I got to work on my CoH comic.
I'm going to release a strip 1-2 times a week.
Here's the new episode - the price of fame.
http://sites.google.com/site/cohcomic/home/ep2
I'm probably going to change the name of the comic from "a day in the life of a hero" to something else, as I've reserved a domain name for my site.
www.adayinthelifeofaherocomic.com would've been just too brutal...
What about simply "Flyman" for a title? Or keep the name of that title and make your website "flymancomics.com" or... www.ADITLOAH.com ?

Hmm... Good suggestions, actually.
Flymancomics has a nice ring to it. Easier to remember than ADITLOAH, I think.
Sure my comics have a lot of other recurring characters, but Flyman is my favourite alt, and will appear in many comics to come.
I'm having a really good time shooting these comics with my friends. AE missions are a wonderful place to stage scenes (I call them "film sets"). Lots of emotes to choose from, and invisible/invincible combo in test mode helps a lot
EDIT:
http://www.flymancomics.com reserved. Still fighting with the URL redirect, though.
Ok, Flymancomics.com is now up and running, with a steady stream weekly updates. I'm up to episode 5 at the moment.
Be sure to check it out every monday!
I've tried to make it as easy to use as possible. So there's no PDF's to download, just images to see. Safe for work and all that jazz.
Great work on those Flyman, enjoyable read, and fits with some of the general silliness in the game.
These are actually pretty fun to read. Keep 'em coming!
I re-upped yesterday's comic with higher resolution images.
And realized I've got a spelling error there. It isn't "heroes way", is it?
But is it "the hero way" or "the hero's way", I'm not sure. So... Any help?
The Hero's way, possessive.

I've been working on a couple of comics myself. I've been using MS Publisher 2003 for the layout and then printing to the freeware PDFCreator for the Adobe document. I've got a low-res sample page here.
Do you guys have any suggestions where I could publish this that would get the most "City of" readers? Or would you rather I stuck with deviantART?
Oh, and thanks for the suggested legal disclaimer. I'll be sure to add it to my work.

Those are pretty dang funny. I liked the farming one best so far.

Thanks to @EnsonsDeath for the GVE code that made me VIP again!
Really enjoying what you've done so far, especially the City Rep names one!
So what are your plans for future webcomics? Sewer Runs? Task Forces? Paper Missions?
Keep up the good work!
First of all, sorry for no updates in the previous couple of weeks. I've been quite busy at work (plus other excuses). I hope I get the next issue out before weekend.
I've got a few comics shot already, waiting to be edited, and the first Villain-themed comicstrip almost ready.
And be sure to check out the upcoming City of Comic Creators Compilation #4, which will include the longest and most challenging comic I've attempted so far!
I just uploaded a new webcomic to flymancomics.com. A little "Going Rogue" -themed piece in honor of the new info coming in from HeroCon.
And I fixed a typo in episode 7.
Hiya!
I've been playing CoX for 27 months now, and there are some very strange things going on in Paragon City, if compared to the real world.
And I'm not just speaking about super-jumping electricity-blasting tights-wearing chicks with angel wings. Like, little things that seem quite strange.
"A Day in the Life of a Hero" looks at those weird things about our wonderful game.
Here's the first comic strip:
http://sites.google.com/site/cohcomic/home/episode-1
More to come, probably later this week. Mostly they're going to be 1-2 page comic strips without an overall story or plot.
Ps.
I'm using Google Sites for the pictures at the moment. There seems to be a lot of free webcomic-dedicated hosts around the internet, but I'm not sure which one would be best. Anyone got any suggestions?
Oh, and what kind of legal jargon I should put on the site? Like "blah blah trademarks of NC soft yada yada all rights reserved blargh blargh." So I wouldn't be assasinated (or sued) by Nemesis agents...
