A Stalker's Hide, based on in game numbers, says 15,000% stealth.
Bane's Cloaking Devise is 5,000% stealth.
Widow and Fortunata's Mask Presence is 4,000%.
Brute's Cloak of Darkness and Energy Cloak is 3,500%.
Corruptor's Shadow Fall or Steamy Mist is also 3,500%.
Even the Stealth power is as high as 3,500%.
And Grant Invisibility is a respectable 5,500%.
My /Dark Brute can get a close as 500% below a Widow/Fortunata's stealth, while my Stalker (who has grant invis) can make anyone more stealthy than even a Bane can do (unaided) with their secondary's stealth power.
So what constitutes stealth?
Tentative interest in running with Bonita Razorclaw (Claws/Dark Stalker). She's level 44, but also my current "get to 50 next" project, so the rest of the levels shouldn't take too long.
Ultimately, my attendance will depend on the chosen date to play. I think some time after September 12th would be best for me.

Heh. Thats too easy. With Superspeed and a stealth IO in sprint anybody can qualify (between dual builds every single toon I have has this combo). You should raise the bar to having stealth in your primary/secondary perhaps.
Makes it more interesting.
I have a 42? I think Widow, and many toons that can hit the TF's/SF's under your conditions - I'd get in if you wanted to run one this weekend maybe, if you could lock down a definite time.

Cause I've tried that on mine; it didn't end so well.
Whatever you decide, I've got a Fire/Dark Brute, an Assault/Dark Corruptor, a Plant/Psionic Dominator with Stealth, a Bane, a Widow, or a Claw/Energy Stalker I can bring (depending on what level of stealth is deemed appropriate).

The spirit being a team of villains sneaking quietly into an enemy group, and dispatching them is a flurry of assassinations and critical hits.

As much as I dearly love my Stalker, she's only a 14, so
It's funny though, I was just thinking yesterday how cool an all-Stalker (fill in the blank) SF would be. No need to ask "Can anyone ghost this ?"
I would love to get my lvl 29 bane into this, but i think i read atleast 11 sign ups... excluding you T..... but if i could join i would only be able to do 3 becase i dont like my bane enough to lvl him ..... if i could get him to 50.... i think i MIGHT be crazy enough to actually try and run an ALL VEAT reich TF so that M. Bison gets owned by the power that is ARACHNOS SOLDIERS!!!.......... :P.... i would have to be VERY crazy to run one tho because of those damn ambushs

At this rate we may just have to pull together multiple teams. And that would be more than doable since the early TFs only require 4 people to start.

, I would love to support this, even if for only one mission/TF. I'm starting to "dig" my Stalker more, so I'm sure she'll have at least a few more levels before showtime

I know this is very late notice (work has been very difficult with week), but I want to try to do one or more on Saturday, August 22nd. Starting around 4 PM Eastern (3 Central, 2 Mountain, 1 Pacific) with the Cap Au Diable TF (meet at the contact, Virgil Tarikoss).
I suppose we'll put the team(s) together based upon who shows up. I'll put out the word on Jello Shooters.

I'm interested in running (almost all of) the major strike forces with a team of Stalkers, Banes, Widows and anyone else that can become completely invisible all in one day. Similar to the all VEAT marathon we did a few weeks ago.
Without the typical contingent of debuffing/aggro control, I'm going to recommend acquiring Shivans (from Bloody Bay) and Rockets (from Warburg).
The strike forces that I want to do specifically are:
The Beast Beneath the Mountain from Virgil Tarikoss (levels 15-20, 12 merits)
Pirates of the Sky from Silver Mantis (levels 20-25, 38 merits)
The Temple of the Waters from Strike Force Operative Renault (levels 25-30, 22 merits)
The Crystal of Serafina from Ice Mistral (levels 35-40, 25 merits)
And depending on interest/time...
Time's Arrow from Imperious (levels 35-50, 28 merits)
The Lady Grey Strike Force from Lady Grey (levels 45-50, 39 merits)
Lord Recluse's Strike Force from Lord Recluse (levels 45-50, 25 merits/SHO)
Thus Spoke the Reichsman from Barracuda (levels 45-50, 35 merits)
I don't have a date for this yet, I'm throwing this out there to see who else is interested.
However, what I do know is that it will be on a Saturday (rather than a Sunday so as not to conflict with SF Sunday event), and I know I will bring my level 50 stalker, Bounty-Killer.
