I rarely have a problem finding a team on Virtue, but I go through my global friend channels rather than broadcast. In broadcast I do see more AE team requests than anything else these days. Still plenty of TFs and SFs going on, and I've noticed the occasional non-AE missioners, but, uh, yeah, AE's taken over broadcast. I think the ratio's about the same on every server, really. It's just that Virtue and Freedom have a greater populous so it's easier to notice all the AE team requests.
Your best bet is to move to Virtue, start listening to The Cape, join the Cape Radio global channel, make friends, RP and find teams through there. Or you, know, any good global channel will do.

VU2009 has sadly lost its merit in my eyes for team building and I havent been able to get a good team since AE. However, there must be some secret in the teambuilding methods people use. The Cape's global channel you say? I left that channel a long time ago because no one used it, are people actually using it now?

Your going to find alot of AE nonsense pretty much anywhere you go. From what I've seen, I notice alot less AE PHARMZ on Virtue compared to Freedom IMO.
VU2009 & Virtue TF's channels are both my source of 'casual' teaming. Every now and again you'll find someone starting up an event of some kind or TF/SF.
People should also consider building teams rather than finding them. The star should not bring fear!
I almost always lead teams and ask for people to join over VU2009 and Virtue TFs, along with Virtue LFT Alpha and Virtue Badges sometimes, itseems no one who uses those channels uses them for anything but argueing and asking questions that will never get answered honestly. If the The Capes global channel is getting some legitimate traffic then I'll throw it back on the Global Channel list, but if not I'll just go back to being bored while soloing.

I still see random lfts in broadcast across the zones, but AE has sucked up a lot of people.
I have been a Freedom hero for a very long time but I want to know, now that AE has taken Freedom, is the teaming on Virtue better then on Freedom. I barely find teams on Freedom anymore, is it the same or better on Virtue
