Did anyone else notice the announcement that now players will recieve a free Costume Change Token whenever they unlock a new costume slot?

I read that as the standard token handout for existing costume slots that have been unlocked, not for unlocking new costume slots.

Sorry, but I also read it as the usual free token per slot we get everytime there is something new.
