Heh, I joined, though I'm not sure if I qualify... I don't think I've even got 1 Bill Inf spread tween both factions and all alts...

I have no idea what it all means, but I am in.
It means that you have to pay 500,000 inf in membership fees to each preceding member of the group. Or if that doesn't seem reasonable, start using your rep granting skills 
Once that has been done, we'll flip you in order to drive up the cost of admission into the group.
I'm in, my first social group too.
