Spines / Fire - Tough Build
I think I improved on your original build Kruunch...This adds more health, regen, recharge, and you still keep all the other things you had, the only minus is you loose just a little in Ranged def. and like .3 in def for Melee and S/L. Enjoy!

So, I'm building up a Spine/Fire myself. I can't wait to start IO's. It's Lv. 46 right now. You guys have any die-hard suggestions? I'd like a build that wont cost me more then 100million Influence, as thats about all I have. I just wanna blow my Fire/Kin outta the water and have a new farmer I can accually enjoy playing. Any tips?
(Who ever had that "Scrappers have the best de-buff of all, -HP." made my day.)
You may want to throw ragnarok: chance for KD into throw spines. It's quite cheap (like 5-15mil last time i checked) and with a 20% chance to KD, it's a great form of mitigation. Plus, as a spines scrapper, by the time they get up, they are probably going to be dead
