For what it's worth I think the access through game credentials is temporary until the problem with accessing is solved. At least that's what I read from Niviene's post.

I had a zero problems logging in from home was just a straight up type user name type password and i was in.
however when trying to log in from work i ran into nothing but problems i would log in and then get logged out as soon as a clicked on any link and then could not log back in till i had cleared out the cookies. clicking on reply (while logged out) and logging in that way seems to have stuck at least for the moment.
anyone figured out how to get the forums to remember them...apparently the "Remember Me" box is a lie.

so far hitting "new reply" and using the log in screen that comes up with that seems to work for a while at least
oh. I'd assumed that we'd be getting a forum that could remember us from day to day. Y'know like nearly every other forum in the internets that has a "remember me" option.

Yeah, took ages to work out how to login. Eventually managed to get to the Account page via the reset password.
<sniff> Really miss "Show all" </sniff> cruising the doom threads will never be the same again.

I logged in about 4 times today in a row...
sometimes in the redirecting screen a bar at the top saying "Welcome, Mongoose_EU. You last visited: blah blah"
and I clicked "PRIVATE MESSAGES" and I manage to stay logged in
They could have warned us. To be frank, I am less then enthusiastic to use my game account password to log on here. Makes me feel less secure.
