I am on several other forums that use this program. I find it a little awkward, but I'm at least used to it.

I miss being able to specify, with the click of a button, who I am replying to for clarity. And, to touch on the Reputation Points again, I cannot help but laugh when I lose rep and the comment attached is "u r wrng". I assume he/she believes I am "wrong" about an issue, but then again it might be that I am a "warning" or possibly even a "wrangler". But the again, I may be taking it a bit far... Oh, and the Dev Digest thread is completely trashed at the moment, it does make for a challenging read first thing in the morning however.

I forgot to mention this earlier, ignore is gone or at least far harder to locate. I have, as yet, been unable to find it. Flames and trolling make any thread far less pleasant, it's so nice to be able to simply ignore them.

I generally like this better.

Honestly I have found a large amount of new tools to play with that i am enjoying.

At first I was all "Woah. this looks weird!" but then i took a second messed with some setting then I was all "WOAH! That's pretty cool", but then I saw all the "DOOOOM!" and I was like "Well that a shame."

yeah... those are my thoughts.

Okay, I am a jelly donut. I just found the Edit Ignore List tab, cleverly hidden right in the middle of the Control Panel, imagine that.

/e facepalm

lol, the ignore function even helps you when adding people to the list by attempting to auto complete the name you're typing, very handy indeed

/facepalm

I was looking for it as well and went right past it in the CP...

But that's OK, I'm feeling magnanimous and will give a 2nd chance to all those I /gignore on the old forums...

Since I was able to change the time display in my user CP to reflect my time zone, it would have been nice if someone in Pacific Timezone posts something that is going to happen and it automatically translates the time for the timezone I have set in my User CP so when I look at the post I see it as what time it would be in my timezone not what it is in Pacific.

How's that for a long run on sentence?

Sometimes, I impress my boss. Sometimes, I impress myself. The rest of the time, I scare people. I can live with that.

Well done run on sentence you should teach a class or something in how to post on forums especially if you covered the value of proper diction spelling and punctuation I know I would sign up for it right away because it would be great and stuff

Just to be clear, the above is intended as a farce, a joke, or ironic comedy.
Cheers

Or you could just check in that drop down list and check what the GMT offset difference would be. For example, I am in Eastern time, which is a -5 hour offset. Pacific time is a -8 hour offset. The difference is -3 hours so Pacific time is 3 hours earlier than my time (subtract three hours from my current time to get Pacific time).

Now we just need to get people to post their time zone consistently when they post things that are time sensitive.
