if you would have asked buyandclick then yes, that's a good one.
You cant use paypal for a renewing sub tho which means you could potentially end up having a few days of being non subbed which would brake any leveling paced you had
I know NCsoft can't afford this what with new competition and getting sued twice and everything but I like the system in eve online where you can earn game time in the game.

some people can not get a Creditcard becuase they are on a sort of blacklist(BKR), and banks(atleast here in the netherlands) will not give you a creditcard then.
so Yes please more payment options, what gets me is not being able to buy extra character slots or respecs, you NEED a creditcard on file then.
i got a 3th account now only for the extra slots( i got a bit of altitus :P )

While I'm glad they added paypal to pay for the subscription and other things in the shop it's indeed irritating I can't buy character slots or name changes because that doesn't work with paypal.
And some people just don't want a creditcard...since when is that considered odd?

Not sure why getting sued would have any impact on GTC. Reason they won't add GTC to CoH is because Inf is stupidly easy to make in CoH. And GTCs are bought at some point, just not by you. I know because I funded some of my characters in EVE through GTC sales, which meant I shopped around for the cheapest GTC (Shattered Crystal at the time what with $ -> £ conversion rates 
) and then sold them through both the normal EVE forums and my Corp forums.
But as I said its not a system that would work in CoH, or if it did the pricees for a 30 day GTC would be 1,000,000,000 or more inf which most couldn't afford or your entire gaming experience would be grinding for Inf.
I also know people who setup and run eve based websites in return for isk which the spend on GTCs so they can play the game having earned in game money for doing their RL job.
Although I have a credit card I would prefer to pay for the sub using my meastro card or through paypal.
