Yes, it does seem quiet now and then. Was on my lvl 29 Crab Spider last night and saw your dominator on /sea, was tempted to send you a message, but I presumed you were busy w/SG mates and the like.
Re: Base interiors. Perhaps try the bases section of the base? Failing that, I can put you in contact w/some friends of mine who have done simply amazing things with that terrible interface they call the base editor.
Hmm...something that makes my villains unique? Well, i've had them sketched at Draw the World Together

If it feels a little quiet to you, perhaps you should join a chat channel? I run one for close friends, but am a member to a Defiant Villains one, and we do SFs/Trials/Teams together nightly. It's honestly one of the things that keeps me playing.

Art is one thing I am terrible at, so I always admire people who are good at it.
As for SG base, we did some work on the recruitment sections, and I am just wondering what next, or rather, how to make it look as best as I can hehe

This tends to be quiet, unless people want to run strike forces or advertise events. At least from what I've seen.
The editor is more for functionality than decorative stuff (in terms of ease of use). I'd have a hunt for any thread, EU or US on 'Stacking', just to show you what I mean when I say the tool is clunky and counter-intuitive. But in general I'd say (perhaps not what you want to hear) that you should experiment and see what you like and what you don't. You can always get the prestige refunded by selling whatever it is you dislike
Well at the moment I shunted the job onto my Underboss who is patiently building what he can. Things are going okay so far to some degree hehe.
It's good at least, that the prestige can be obtained for the same amount that you brought it.
In comparison to say AoC which is another game I played, I will say the free building of bases is alot more advanced. I also like how you don't need to 'farm' in huge quantities, just pve or pvp and enjoy the game. I brought about 30 members to this game, so we are getting prestige pretty quickly just by levelling.

Was about to offer the same thing Xem has for the base (an SGless toon to unlock it all) but as he has I'll just say. Yeah its quiet here. Heroes are always busy chatting on their forums, but its hard to plot with all that noise don't you think?

They're veteran rewards, Hidden:-
12 months: Wall-mounted weapon displays
24 months: City of Heroes comic covers (16 total, IIRC)
30 months: "Trophies" *Hero: Scirocco's Sword, Ghost Widow's Cape, Black Scorpion's Armor, Captain Mako's Tooth, Lord Recluse's Helm, Hamidon Goo. Villain: Positron's Helmet, Synapses Goggles, Numina's Cape, Sister Psyche's Belt, Citadel's Brain, Manticore's Bow, Statesman's Faceplate.
36 months: Longbow Chaser or Arachnos Flyer
That's all the unlockables via Veteran rewards to date, and they're all re-usable, so as soon as you hit 36 months, any toon you have can add them to any SG base they want (as long as they're a member, obv.) They can be re-added should you change SG.

I came up with the conceopt of the supervillain blog on CoV release and have kept it going for the characters lifetime (though entries ebb and flow dependant on how active I am ingame with alts).
It's now a MA arc review site as well, just with incharacter reviews!
You can collar me to have a look round the Arachnos Research and Development base if you want but its a lab and hence a little stark anyway.

Just a quicky as you've already been offer help with the vetran side of things. If you would like to look round a base just ask. MU I think I can safely say has the biggest base on def villians. Also if your in need of alliance give us a shout ( I think we have room now after we dropped some inactive alliance's)that way if you have any questions in game you could use alliance chat.
I see no reason for an alliance at this time hehe

Villains are quiet on all the servers, I think - they spend too much time plotting to take over the world, and don't have time left to socialize

My main is Thorny Devil.
What makes him unique is he is the son of A Devil, not THE Devil. He got bored of the same old hell so decided to bring it to the Rogue Isles.His only goal is to become a powerful Villain and have fun while doing it.
He is married to a fellow Mastermind named Mistress Nekra. She helped bring Thorny back to life when he died fighting a Hero named Bio Lizard, his archenemy.
On the base side of things, if you still want to have a look around a few bases, you can always have a butchers at mine.

I would try to liven it up. Firstly, wassup? I am still fresh here, but enjoying the game alot. I intend to do some things for the community and get to know the people out there, as I have done every game I have gone too.
What I would like to see from you, of course, that is if you want to show us, is things that makes your super villain unique! Both the character, your personal personality, or some unique event that has happened to you.
One thing also, because my super group base interior style is disgustingly bad, is there any older guilds that wouldn't begrudge a rival guild master a look around?
