Check your published arcs...
Just checked my arcs: "an exchange of words" has been slaughtered by this. All that's left of an entire custom group is 2 bosses and an LT. There were 4 minions, 2 LTs and 4 bosses in that group before
I can''t simply smack it back in as the local group got wiped in a hard drive crash. Looks like I'll have to redo the entire group >.<

Be sure to /bug it as well - since the mobs weren't marked as invalid and nothing is mentioned in patch notes, I'm assuming that it's a real bug - so a few more reports from players being hit by this may help them sort it out.

One of my published arcs has 5 missions with many objectives (required and not), but only uses two custom bosses and hasn't bloated at all from the 83%ish it was published at, despite several edits and republishes in response to feedback.
My first arc which uses a large custom faction (3 minions, 3 lieuts, 2 bosses, plus a custom AV in a separate faction) is only 3 missions long, was 99.87% in size when I last republished it (I remember the size as I had to trim it for ages before I got it to fit), but bloated to 137%ish soon after, and is now at 127%ish. I'm not going to touch it, because nothing needed fixing the last time I played it, feedback is all positive, and it is not my fault it has bloated - it's up to the Devs to fix the ridiculous problems caused by &nbsp.
I have plans for a rather complex and epic arc of 5 missions with at least 8-10 custom mobs, but knowing the struggles I had with my first arc and the current problems with MA I just don't feel enthused about working on it, even though I've been signed off work ill at the moment and have the time on my hands.
Hope so, just wish I knew why one custom group got slaughtered and another one didn't :/

Custom Groups With Single Level Mobs
Any custom groups with mobs that have a fixed L42 on them will render the group invalid and any missions with them in unplayable.
Editing the group and trying to save it will result in a "invalid standard mob" error.
(Had a custom Robots faction that had 42-42 Improved Drones in it for my first arc - removed them and it was fine)
I had to use another map as I had the Crotoa burning forest used. Which was removed.
Also... that same mission had a number of non-objective destructable items in it. That number was lowered. And that made the mission invalid. This was not stated in the patch notes. Lowered the objects and all was fine.
Havent seen any problems with my mobs as of yet. But it needs a small rewrite and I will check closer again.

as i haven't seen it mentioned i thought i'd add that all of my captives that were using 'captured (energy field)' had to be set back because the graphics have changed for it.

Not only that, but it seems that for some characters (e.g. Valkyrie) this (and a few dozen others) emotes simply aren't available now. Had to replace it with much less interesting "Captured (floating struggle)".
talking about emotes on npc's.. the vampire float/sleep emote still isn't working on my customs

Once more a patch that throws up obvious bugs on published arcs.
Default mob info/description too long for info field
e.g. Positron (Boss Signature Pets 40-54) has a 562 character default description, and is now raising an error as the custom description field is 300 characters long.
Custom mobs going walkies again
SOme of my custom factions have lost custom mobs (my 2minion/2 lt/1 boss farmyarder faction from Ee-Ai-Ee-Ai-Oh! suddenly becomes 1 min/1 lt/0 boss despite the individual mobs appearing valid still). Annoying as the custom group still exists and doesn't raise errors, but the variety of mobs drops to unimpressive at best.
Note that neither of these stopped me playing a published arc - they don't invalidate the arc. I only spotted these errors as I tend to check/play all my arcs after a patch and noticed that my custom faction only had 2 custom mobs appearing in spawns. Then the info-length error was spotted when I opened the arc in edit to check that the mobs were still there.
I'm also not sure if the size has had a slight bloat again - as I had to remove a custom mob that had been happy in the arc...
Especially annoying that these both hit a published arc.
I could understand the latter if something had been changed/invalidated on the custom mobs... but as it hasn't this strikes me as a bug.
Makes me wonder how many people will get poor ratings just because the patch half-broke something without explanation...
