I suspect you clicked add account rather than upgrade account. It's a common mistake for new players to make. It takes a little work by customer support to resolve the problem.
and NEVER EVER put your login name or password on a public forum. 99.9% of people are wonderful trustworthy folks but 0.1% of people are nasty and evil and will do naughty things just for fun.

Your two accounts should have different names - are you logging in with the full account's name?
they have the same name...
and same password...
i tryed to change one of these account password...

i didnt upgrade my account...
i got account before 1 year..
yeasterday i used 14 free trail.
and today i bought upgrade time to my full version account(witch i got before year).
more information:
when i opened my trail account,
i opened it in my master account(where i got full version),
and i opened it in same name as my full version.
This possibly means that one of your accounts is a US account and the other is an EU account.

The support team GhostRaptor gave you a link for are the people that can actually do things to your account. They are the people to talk to to resolve this, whatever's required.

Yeh, what server did you play on with your trial and what server did play on back in the day, on your 1st account?
I have a feeling that the trail your friend is using is a US account. I tried to get a 14 day trail to test the new issue out before returning (back now ) but the NC Soft had a dodgy link that was sending you to make a US account up. When u did hit GB up the top right it then wanted you to make a 'Dungeon Runners' account.
Im not sure if its fixed yet, if it is get him to make a new account up with a different Login name.

I to have the same Game login name twice, one for EU and the other for US.
When you log into your Master Account, on the PlacNC website, on the right hand side you should have your game accounts. They should have 'EU' next to the login name E.g. Freddy1234 (EU). If you don't have this on your trail account then you have a 14 day trail for the US servers.
I had a similar problem (I think) with a trial account, where one was eu and one was Us
I found the way to solve which one is selected at the log in screen is to use the different updaters.
In your CoH folder (default: C:\program files\cityofheroes) there should be two updaters, use the one marked .eu for your eu account the the one not for your us account.
I have a feeling I've missed the mark totaly here though, tbh I'm having a little trouble understanding the Op. hehe.

Just as a side note, how many poor unfortunate newbys are going to get slammed with this problem before it is finally sorted? It has been several years for this problem and still the updater is auto pointed to the US version. I'm the worlds worst when it comes to seeking help for problems with new games, so how many are like me and give up at the first hurdle? For every person who perseveres and comes on the forum to find the answer there must be someone who just gives up unaware that it is an easy fix and there is advice available.
with all the shiny stuff there should be simple fixes for things like this.

1. trail
2. Full version...
so now...
when im try to log into my account, he log into my trail account.
how can i delete my account?
if i cant, what shuold i do?...
