I've got a chance for build up in Tactical Training: Leadership. I think the 5% chance triggers every 10 or 20 seconds - I've noticed my Damage Bonus jumping by 80% at random, so it's definitely working with a perma toggle on.

Yup, chance to fire every 10 seconds. Doesn't work that well in clicks though.
How does thing PROC work in Soul Drain / Mire? Is it a single chance for the PROC when the power is cast, or one for every enemy hit by the Soul Drain?
Would imagine it has a chance to proc for each affected mob. You should only get one BU though regardless if more than 1 mob was affected.

That's what I was thinking, one chance per enemy affected seemed to make sense. But sense and PROCs sometimes don't go together...
The lack of information on it has me worried. Well not really, I've got the slot already in SD so I may as well pop it in and see what happens (as the bishop said to the nun). I can always respec it back out and flog it to a Widow or a Claws Stalker if it isn't the best.
Amazed I haven't seen it mentioned for Warshades before though. Seems like it'd be a really great PROC for Dwarf Mire and a decent one for Human Mire.

Nope nowhere near quad - remember the damage buff applies to base damage not enhanced damage and its additive not multiplative.
Actually thinking more about it it would indeed be about quad but remember that's 4x base unenhanced damage - +~100% for IO/SOs, +~100% for each BU so around +300% - If your expecting 4x the damage you get with enhancements slotted you're going to be disappointed.

Working through my stone tanks extensive list of IO sets and i get to focused accuracy with 2 parts of guassians, and i'm wondering, if i slot the chance for build up proc in here will it have a chance for build up just when i activate the power or every XXseconds while it is toggled?
