Um, I14 on live? 
Well, at least there's an AE building in RWZ

I'd have said the bug's the AE building being there in the first place, rather than anything in it not working.
Put it down to a Nemesis plot, and wait for the official release...
Just checked, no building in Atlas and no-one in the SG has been promoted to super-leader, so not issue launch. The RWZ building must be some sort of a weird bug. You can access the test server mission list and play about 50% of the missions there. But not redeem your tickets.
It's near the April Base, west from Fools Square.

So, anyone getting crashes when trying to trade tickets for the unlockable content from the AE merchants on live? Seems to work fine on test server...
