Hmmm... dunno why you got CJ+SJ when you already had Hasten (which has good synergy with Rad). Just pick Super Speed.
If you plan to team, Spirit Tree is much apreciated, try to get it earlier. And Assualt+Tactics instead of CJ+SJ will help other players too.
I don't know how to slot Plant, sorry. But I'll keep an eye on this thread to learn 
Seems pretty good Raffe. Lingering Rad needs to-hit though so throw in an Acc. Other than that seems pretty well slotted to me.
Spirit Tree is a bit meh though, you could pick up the new Primal Mastery AOE Cone instead to give yourself a bit more offense. Roots beforehand will set up Containment for it and stop the annoying knockback.

Yup, Carnifax is right. You need Acc enhancements in LR as unlike your other two it needs a hit check.
Other slotings are too much different from my regular builds but they will work.
