Frankenslotting to get extra EndRed from multiple aspect IOs?
Go for IO sets giving +rec bonuses? (i.e. the horribly expensive ones 
)
Edit: Also, check the numbers (power datails or Mids) and see if there are one or two attack powers that are really end-heavy. If there are, swap a Dam enh for an EndRed one in them, and/or spam them less in combat.
I was having the same problem, but a few EndRed in some of the bigger attacks helped, as well as IO sets.
Put a Performance Shifter Chance for +Endurance in Stamina if you haven't done it already. It doesn't make a huge difference but every little helps!
Can you post a Mid's build for us to look at?
Irradiate is something you likely spam, it has a high end cost and soon out does your toggles in EPS. The other idea is to try to keep AM perma, so slotting for recharge bonus. I overdid the end management on my Rad/Rad defender who doesn't really notice EMP, but then Powersink helps a lot too

I've managed to grind my Rad/Rad crupper to 45 but despit slotting all my toggles with End redux and having slotted Stamina.
However, any scraps I get in and my blue bar just plummets and then I end up struggling to keep any toggles up.
