Are you paid up until after it is due? If not it won't appear until you pay for at least sufficient time to take you to the due date.

This is most likely your problem.
If your account is scheduled to be billed before the veteran reward it will not show up until you're actually on the billing period when the reward will come.
example.
You get billed on the 20th. get veteran reward on the 25th.
from 1-20th you will not see the veteran reward, but once you're billed on the 20th, you'll be able to see that you'll get the veteran reward on the 25th.
hope its as straightforward as that, normally I see the reward appear at the 30-31 day's remaninging marker indicating its to be awarded on the next billing date!

It would appear that somehow my regular veteran date in the month ( around the 26th of the various months ) has been moved to the 10th, which is why its not showing yet and shouldn't in theory, until tomorrow! I can only assume the Valkryie pack, or the Maestro awarded free time has affected my billing date thus!

I've got a similar problem my dates shifted 11 days and while my account was inactive for a few days it certainly wasn't 11 days so I've raised a ticket with support just waiting to here back

exact same problem, joined feb 4th 2005, canceled for 7 days im now on 17th feb 2009 for next reward

There were a couple of occasions when a few days free time got added because of bugs - I don't think it counts towards Vet awards. Also time from 14 day trials I don't believe counts.

Trial do not count no, but free time, like buying the game itself and such is counted.
It seems veteran reward tracking through the PlayNC site is down, I am due for a reward on the 25th Febuary, but the system shows no rewards due after 25th November - known problem and fix on the way?
