In the past couple of weeks I have been ambushed by Rikti inside a train station and Nemesis inside Wentworths. The mobs finally realising they can avoid the drones if they go round the back was surprise enough for me! 
However, it turned out that Smith was not a time-travelling Terminator

I doubt Freaks scale that low. If they want to try to farm Freak maps full of level 20s at level 1, then good luck to them.

I take it you have't done hollows arcs or visited the sewers or Perez in a long time then - certainly down to lvl 5.

Have to say that I've never seen a Freakshow in Perez or the Hollows... maybe that's just me.

Freakshow do appear in the sewers, and I have seen them around the streets on the edge of the park in Perez. That old data IS OLD data, we are on issue 13 now.
They were more than likely ambushes that had missed there intended target as as far as I'm aware freaks don't appear at all in Perz park.
Back OT please guys. That sorta thing belong in the questions or technical, or maybe discussion section.
Anyone got any more ideas/opinions on more surprise and less feeding players the fact their about to get jumped?
