Maestro payments for buying Additional Slots

Seconded. I just discovered this myself when I went to buy more slots.
I've got no slots left on defiant and only one left on union.
I need more slots! 
I had to get my mum's credit card, add it to my subscription, log in game, purchase the money, log out of the game, cancel the subscription, give mum the card back and the money for 5 slots.
It's just a tedious hassle. As I've said time and time again, NCSoft, don't make it a chore for us to give you money.

two, some of us do not have a way like you said you had to do to get stuff, as it don't exist for one reason or another for us
i can't understand why it has to have a card on file when it is a one payment option as IT does not become a recurring payment every month 
The in game store can't handle the securesafe whatever card payment thing with Maestro where you have to input a password. Which begs the question why they don't simply put the in game store on the website instead...
with the new add mac addition it don't seem that hard to add stuff to the store, isn't it possiable to get the stuff in game that required a card of file be placed on the game store??
/signed i'm even thinking of changing banks as I can't use my card on a number of websites now due to the paysecure thing or even on XBox Live.

Like comparing apples and oranges, I'm afraid. The account options purchasable through the in-game store function differently than those that are bought via the PlayNC store, so there are technical reasons for the separation that exists currently.
I will take your feedback and see if there is anything we can do to improve the situation for those who prefer to use Maestro.

[/ QUOTE ]it not like i got an opition on what cards i can get i had to go bankrupter and i got a cash card, so my limit on what i can apply for and i got a pre paid maestro card as we don't do pre paid credit card

But please, poke them and see if something could be done. Even if it's just putting a card on file for non-recurring billing, and then getting an e-mail sent to you with a link to verify the transaction or something?
i just gone to the Choose Payment Method and seen a new opition for paypal
Automatically recur. (You will be charged once your included bonus time or previously paid time expires.)
One time payment. (You will be charged immediately.)
does this mean we can get stuff from the online store now or what.... i can't find this out personel yet as im not on recurring payment with paypal yet

ok i just tried to do a recuring payment and all i got was an error message so i don't think it working atm lol >.<

Due to the current crisis, NCSoft will only be accepting payment in material forms of stable high value. On the plus side, they won't charge us for the pickup of the gold and oil we will be paying with.

i now see paying by palpay is acting very wierd atm, sometime it goes though other time it comes up as an error... what going on??
is there any more info on paypal going to be set up as recuring payment as all im getting is an error message wen i select recuring payment and it fine with single payment, i like to get some slots
i like to see an update or why none of this can not be put up in the store, the additional City of Heroes or Villains character slot, Character Respecs, Character Transfer or the Character Rename.
As we can easy buy the Combined Edition Bonus Item Pack, Wedding Pack, Temporary 30 Day Jetpack & Booster I: Cyborg (plus booster 2 be coming out with magic stuff and a Valkyrie set)
i can not see a reason why these can not be put in a small pact themself to be purchase.
