The numbers on Prise De Fer are silly now, I mean what's the point in 55% def?

Actually I had same figures on my second DM/SR, so I changed his build, instead of Maneuvers/Tactics went for Dark Consumption/Focused Accuracy and dropped his defenses to 50% Ranged/AoE and 47% Melee, so far is enough. Was tempted to review his build because I'm not happy with the new FA and going back to Tactics could be better (I think Tactics is still +ToHit) but I am bored of reviewing builds every new issue.
The point of 55% DEF is that some NPCs have Tactics-style buffs 
DCUO and CO will never see my money. The Citygame will keep seeing my money for as long as I keep enjoying it
and AVs have 75% chance to hit not 50%, also mobs higher than your level have higher chance to hit.
Also remember defence debuffs.

What hasn't been mentioned yet is that Touch of Death (popular set for Super Reflexes) got bumped up from 3.13% to 3.75% or something like that. So, if you had several sets of Touch of Death, if you were just under melee cap, it's small wonder you're now over it.

That would help too. I cant remember how much of a boost I got I just know one of my positions was only just over 44% and is now a healthy amount over 45%
