This is what I used.
Its because that particular mission gives a badge itself, any flashback arc that has a badge already applied will not give any "flashback" badges (for example 46-50 - rescue rikti negotiator, that gives the "bodyguard" badge so you wouldnt be able to get the flashback ones)
If you want a clear list on what missions give badges check the badgehunter website it has a comprehensive list, or if you are on union pm me ingame (@stryke) or join sals badgehunter channel, will be willing to help, i have a listing at home on my pc as to which are the missions in each level range that are the quickest to rinse/repeat for the badges needed.

Also worth noting that the ice/flame pillar in supergroup bases does NOT give out the badges (it does however give the ouroboros power as usual).

Well i did it a few times (the level 1 - 15 arcs) a couple of months ago and didnt get nothing (not even the # of arcs completed badges).
Did /bug it but didnt get no official reply so pressumed it was as intended and havent seen a patch note relating to it since.

This morning I did the 1-14 arc with player debuff - man that was tough going - I have never seen 'Miss' so much in my life!!!

Did you read and use the guide's above? As found the debuff's one of the hardest to do as a Blaster till got this guide..
Also quick tip, see if you can get one of the stealth IO's in your travel powers, works woders when you have missions you can just ghost
Yeah thanks Belenus I read the guides and made notes about which missions, badge combos etc. Have done 1-15 and have 2 runs of 16-19 to go. The debuff is def the hardest one for me though - my accuracy just drops through the floor lol and when you have to clear a path through orange Anathema Lieuts it takes ages!

Does anyone out there know (or can point me in the direction of) the rules/guidelines regarding flashback badges.
Are they only awarded when you do certain missions? I have been doing the 16-19 Vahizilok Wasting Disease mission and have tried and successfully completed under various settings but get no badges for it. I even tried it with Buffed Enemies, Debuffed Me, No Insps, No Enhancements, 3 Defeats Allowed, No Temp Powers and after a great struggle I finally completed it and STILL got none of the badges.
So therefore - what the f**k am I doing wrong??? Am I just picking the wrong missions/arcs?
