No proliferations at all in i13 and possibly i14 since they think mission architect can carry a whole issue

Of course, if you bothered reading Positron's clarification they said plenty of content would be coming with I14, they just felt the creator would have been strong enough to stand by itself if they did choose to release it like that.
I read in the paragonwiki a while back that Broadswords could be in issue 13 for villains, now its changed to that theyre not, why arent they being proliferated for brutes and/or scrappers?
A total of 14 of my nerves have been harmed in the making of this post...
