30 day jetpack thing

Just baught the 30 day jetpack, and the cyborg packs for my account.

now ive got the cyborg pack, but does anyone know how to claim the 30 day jetpack?

is it level restricted or something? i cant find it on any of my toons ><

As far as I remember it never appears automatically - you need to drag it from the power tray to a spare slot and use it as any other temp.

Are you sure you actually bought both packs?

Also, did you apply both codes to your account? Do you have more than one account, including trials?

IMO it's a bit of a waist, you could better use the same money to buy something later on.

I've bought it and it shows up under temp powers as the lk100 rocket pack or some such...if you've got it it'll be in there.

Always the best option for anything like this where you can't locate in-game perks that you have purchased. Only the support staff can help track down why it isn't showing and help resolve the problem.
