Re the original post. It's not really surprising... Afterall.. The GM staff went from 17 people, down to 7... They just don't have the resources to investigate.

So what exactly are they here for then?

They had the resources to sit monitoring arena chat and pulling someone up for making a joke the other afternoon.

I would guess your 'source' was referring to company structure changes that have already occurred in recent months.
