Global recharge value for Perma-PA?

Assuming hasten auto-fires 3 slotted with lvl 50 recharge IO's and there's 3 lvl 50 recharge IO's in PA itself, can anyone tell me what is the global recharge required for perma-PA?

So far my ill/rad's PA is about 9 or 10 seconds short of being perma:

Lvl 50 IOs x 3 (slotted in PA) = 99ish%
IO set bonuses = 43.75%
Hasten = 70.00%
AM = 30.00%

I have been told that it is possible to make PA perma, but i cant afford the purple sets yet to test the theory!
If anyone has a perma PA build, i would love to see it!

I got an Illusion/Force Field build that gives perma PA will post it for you ^^ It uses purple sets though...

PA is almost 10 seconds off from perma if you remove the 100% recharge from force feedback proc. I'll have a look at making it perma if it doesn't gimp the build.


[Edit] Added the data chunk. I've squeezed another 7.5% recharge out of it but there's not much else that can be done.

I believe Dark Blasphemy has Perma PA on his Ill/Rad, but whether it can be perma without AM I dont know (siphon speed would do the same for Ill/Kin probably quicker)

Hmm, thx.

Got 76.25% global recharge from bonuses on my ill/stormie with a couple of FF Recharges on top which gives me down time of between 9 and 5 seconds depending on how often the procs fire and I just can't see where I can squeeze further recharge in without gimping the build. A cheeky wee purple fear set with recharge would help but I just can't see it in I13

I'm looking at my ill/rad instead now to see what IO global recharge I need to aim for on that. Cheers for the info.

I have never tried perma-PA on my Ill/Sonic. I'll test this theory, too.

I know a couple of people with perma-PA but they are fully tricked out /rad and /kin. I think the /kin is only perma with a min of 1 siphon speeed at all times.

I'll ask the ill/rad to post up his build data chunk.

On another note, I heard they are looking at capping global recharge.....
