Hmm i think from just a no buffs, just the pets on they're own sort of view it would be between singularity and jack frost, frost has a good mix of using long range and close combat attacks with the added bonus of slows and a hold if i remember right.
while sing has a lovely barrage of mez's plus knockback if anyone gets too close to it. plus the sing has slows as well and can fly too so it has less of a job keeping up with you.
So even though its close the sing comes ahead by a bit due to it being a better all rounder then jack in my opinion.
