Cant get my GvE free month

You won't be billed until after your 30 free days are up and you can cancel at any point before then.
Can't imagine any reason why you would though...

My parents dont own credit card they used debit, on the billing page the only option is 60 days but it isnt recurring, does this mean that i will be spending £17.99 straight away or will it wait for my 30 days to end

I believe (and this is my own belief and since I use a Credit Card to pay for it, take it with a pinch of salt), but I'm fairly certain it'll wait until after the free time period before charging you, otherwise it couldn't really be called free.

Too bad we dont have anyone to verify it, but i guess i could try, is there antyhing i can do if it bills me like ask for a refund?
I doubt it, to be honest.

Im pretty sure it dosent charge the card till the free time has run out.
I've recently added the CoV collector's edition onto my main account. This also comes with a Free month and I can confirm I was not billed for that month. If you upgrade to the GvE pack you won't be billed for the first month.
You will, however, be billed at the end of the first month as payment is in advance for your subs (Hope that kinda makes sense)

The answer to your question depends on the method of payment used:
<ul type="square">[*]If you are paying by a credit card or debit card that can be used for automatic recurring billing you will not be billed until after the free month is used.[*]If you are paying via PayPal, Maestro or Game Time Card then the amount of time you purchase is pre-purchased but it is added to your free month.[/list]

The problem is that it requires a payment to activate. You can't just put the code in for your free month then decide if you want to continue playing or not, it requires that you have some sort of payment option ready to kick in when your free time is over. I believe you can cancel the account after you have put in the details and not get charged after the free time is up, but I'm not certain as I pay by visa debit on monthly renewal and have been playing for so long I have forgotten the details of when I first signed up.
