The blasts are fine as they are. Triggering an attack and watching someone fall over a distance from you with only a shimmering of the air in between looks great and makes a difference from the brightly coloured blasts seen on almost all the other sets.
I can understand the need for the orange glow on buffs to show that they are active but not on the blasts.

As much as I like sonic blast... I think it 1) doesnt fit sonic resonance being different colour 2) it looks dull.

Sonic blast is one of the BEST visuals for a blaster imo. Concentric rings striking the target look great. Big orange twiddly bits would not.

Then they really need to fix the difference between Energy Blast and Energy Manipulation as well.

I'm still hoping for Power Customization at somepoint though while I aggree Sonics can look a lil' dull at times makes me wish I choose Energy Blast on my /kin but who can't argue the -res? 
Having recently updated my computer, I'm guessing that the disparate view on this is based on the level that the graphics are set at. Some love the subtle shimmer, some hate the grey boring blast.
Both are correct.

Change the colour to orange. It has to fit Sonic Resonance, besides the white/gray blasts arent too great to look at, I want flashy orange soundwaves!!
