I guess in the long run being in the furthest back of the que is probably worth it as how your art is defiantly improving with each request! With the family shot of my main hero and villain I requested via PM I really can't wait to see how it turns out! (In RP my Hero and Villain are siblings)

Ok - in my mind, CoX lore states that Heroes can't have capes until level 20 in honour of Hero 1 (that was the original story). You had to 'earn the right' to wear one.

So - with the Valkyrie pack out, you can have a cape from level one.
