Winter event IO recipes that can be bought from the Candy Keeper during the event for Candy Cane salvage.

Back to OP. I was hoping to be able to get rid of my travel powers and have "universal"... but doesn't look like it will do, what I thought it would.... if that makes any sense at all!!!

What do the Universal Travel enhacement actually do though? Ever since they arrived on the BM has been bothering me.
A red name said that they would become avaible as a normal recipe in i13. I cant help but feel this is something coming to "balance" pvp

They are universal in that they can be slotted in any travel power, be it fly, run, jump or teleport.
The set for the Winter event is called Winters Gift.
1. Enhance Fly/Range/Jump/Run (as a single effect IO)
2. Enhance Fly/Range/Jump/Run/Endrec (as a double effect IO)
3. Gobal +20% slow resistance.
All 3 parts are unique. the fist set bouns is 6% cold resistance, I can't remember the second.
There is at least one more Universal Travel set in issue 13.

I just noticed all travelpowers now have "Universal Travel" as one of theyre allowed anhancement categories...
What the hell are Universal Travel Enhancements?!
