I just ran around the crater in the hollows and aggro'd the patches of rock-men 'til I found this one. That, or the cavern of transcendance is a good one for this.

Look for smoking patches of ground in The Hollows and use a PBAoE attack

I have seen but they are very rare in The Hollow 
Grendel's Gulch is chock full of them.
I really should do something about this signature.
I spent half an hour a couple of weeks back looking for them. Only found one. Comments on the Badgehunter's channel was that they had been made fairly rare since the Hollows redesign.

in new Hollows is very rare. Just 1 or 2 magmite lord
Try the first mission from Julius the Troll on Invinc as it will spawn a fair few of them....hopefully. The mission is called defeat all creatures in cave, and is a right pig.
Don't I know it. I've been on that mission 3 times in the last week

i already try this mission... but no one magmite
Any in the caves under Hollows?
By the way if you don't have a PBAoE or other suitable power to draw them out you can always ask a n00b to go investigate the smoking ground. You can always get a nice under level 10 and give them inf.
disclaimer: I don't condone the use of low level players as bait purely for the purposes of badge hunting. You should do it because it is funny as well.
