I just realised...
Its that pair of nutters on Big Cook Little Cook that want self destructing, never mind Igglepiggle.
Oh, and just to get this back on topic

Amount of fun had in game, great friends made, more deaths, debt, dings, alts, badges than I can count........priceless
We built this city on Rock and Roll!
I look at it like this:
36 months at £8 = £288
(I had both games bought for me and havent got around to buying anything extra yet.)
Average of 4 hours played each week = 624 hours played
Cost per hour = £0.46
I suspect most people here can hit a rate thats a lot lower than that, but then I dont care. Thats darn good fun per pound IMO, only PnP roleplaying gives a better rate (and maybe that Amy Grant album I got in circa 1988).

Aren't those called Sugar Daddies?
I don't dare total the amount I've paid for CoX only cos I'm one of those people that think wow "£523.49" (that's made up but it probably won't be far off!) I could have bought myself xxxx (insert wanted item here) and forget about all the fun I've had!
Then again I've probably saved a heck of amount of money by playing CoX due to the fact that since I've started playing I've been thinking twice about buying new games, often leaving me to sit for awhile before purchasing them, other times just forgetting about them altogether. Mainly due to the fact a lil voice says to me "why spend £30 on a game you'll hardly play and when you do get round to playing it, it'll be £20 or less in the shops".
So thanks CoX for making me think for a change

.. I have to make my 'little lady' wave at him at least ten times before he goes off to bed.* I think she's now second favourite to In The Night Garden for his viewing of choice.
*Not whilst in the middle of a mission/killing spree, obviously. I wait until he's gone to bed for that - can't really picture myself doing the "What's the little lady doing? Oh, she's blasting the little man's head with a machine-gun, darling" talk just yet...!

Ha! All you need to do now is make a toon that looks like Igglepiggle and then, Why is Igglepiggle lying on the floor mummy? Because Igglepiggle got blown up by a zombie suicide bomber. Funny, yes. Tears all night, yes. Then you could do the same with a Santa character and one for the tooth fairy.

ROFL!
And funnily enough, two of my minions on one of my MMs are called 'Attackapakka' and 'UpsyDeathray'

LOL <big grin>
All you need now is one called Tombliboom and a macro to make them all shout "Makka Pakka" at the same time.
(Ill be suitably impressed if you can sort out an Igglepiggle type name for another one.)
The scary one, for me, was adding up the hours I spent playing. Then multiplying that by minimum wage.
DON'T eat muffins while I'm developing you.
Pants! Turkey Magnates! A man in a box! Rogue AI! Come one, come all, to arc ID 10107 - It's 'Not as long as some other arcs'!
It's still less than all the money I've spent travelling up and down the country to see the friends I've made in the game.
Although this year will almost certainly be my last paying for and playing CoH/V; and if it wasn't for the fact that money will be going on gas, electricity, water, TV licenses, phone bills and food - I'd probably be able to work out how much I'll be saving.

I actually thought this might be scary as a bedtime story, but everyone else seems to think its fine.
