it's been said as fireworks aswell as plasma also i said i got the idea from jubilee doesn't really mean all of it is her.

LVL 1: Jubilation Bolt= you unleash quick bolts of firework energy causing little damage.

LVL 2: Jubilation Blast= A more powerful, yet slower version of jubilation bolt. jubilation blast sends a focused blast of firework energy at a foe, causing moderate damage.
DAMAGE: Moderate

LVL 2: Jubilation Torrent= Fires a torrent of firework energy at foes, possibly knocking them over.
DAMAGE: Moderate

LVL 4: Jubilation Burst= Jubilation burst is short ranged bust has devistating damage.

LVL 6: Aim= Greatly increases your accuaracy and damage for a shore period of time.

LVL 8: Firework= a focused blast that can travel great distances with high accuracy. This is a sniper attack and is best fired from a distance as it can be interrupted.

tremendous blast of firework energy blinding near by foes and sending them flying, dealing a massive amount of damage. When this power is over you are drained of endurance and little explotions of firework energy float

LVL 28: Shockwave= You blast firework energy at the ground causing it to shake makeing your foe fall to the floor, dealing some damage.
DAMAGE: Moderate

LVL 35: Boost Range= You boost your powers to increase the range of your next few attacks.
RECHARGE: Long
Lvl 38: Focused Jubilee= This is a very slow but devistating attack, that can knock out must opponents, leaving the disoriented. Due to the exhausting nature of this power recharge time is very long.
DAMAGE: Extreme
