Currently i'm going through a Phase of Creating Technology Heroes/Villains...

Sonic would be an awfully nice set to use with these but! how about allowing customisation withusing the Guns that the Council use for Sonic attacks. make it a bit more Tech!


Spines! I want metal ones. Or even Better, Talsorian Spines, with a glowing Aura around each one to keep them in line with Toxic Damage they can be tipped with... Cyanide? i dont know

Something a bit more tech in the way of Controller Primaries.. a Devices Control (yes i know this has been suggested before well Gun Control or something like that) This could have something like an Assault bot as a tier 9 power similar to Jack Frost or Animated Stone

Archery should have another Weapon. An arm mounted Crossbow. Similar To Knives of Artemis Crossbows where Rechareg times can be made up by loading the cross bow, to replace pulling bow (or whatever the string bit is)

Ideas, Recomendations and Suggestions please.


Frostbourne: lvl 50 Scrapper Katana/Regen
Energenica: lvl 50 Tanker Invuln/Energy
Ionised: lvl 50 Defender Empathy/Electrical Blast
Avalonica: lvl 50 Controller Ice/Storm
SunSphere: lvl 50 PeaceBringer

My suggestion's that you read the "Frequent Suggestions - PLEASE READ!" post pinned at the top of the forum. Number 4 in the list...

And maybe the "Power Weapon Customisation" thread started on Monday...

Any weapon customization requires the actual animations per powerset to remain the same. Arm-mounted crossbows for archery and sonic rifles and whatnot wouldn't work for that.

Weapon Custimisation works (see a thread by FFM somewhere) by sinply replacing the weapon graphic with another one, no animation changes, no FX colour changes. Nothing. Nice simple one thing added.

Any of your suggestions would require new animations for every single power, for every single change.

Changing sonic from cominf from the mouth to gun in hand. Obvious new animations for all.

Crossbow, if you look at the bow animations, you can clearly see they wudnt work if your character was holding a crossbow, so new ones there.

Spines, they are baked into the power, to make these customisable it would require a complete overhaul of the power itself, before the addition of any spine-weapons.
