By any chance was one of these players 'Woodland' on union? if so, sorry about the lack of details, its a temp power that disguises you as a midnighter, like invisibility, but...visible, even enemies of the midnighters like rikti will ignore you

Hi Guys,
Was teaming with a couple of villains earlier (we were all lvl 22) and they had what I can only assume was a temp power. It created a column of smoke with like a crescent moon image in it for a couple of seconds - no buff in the power list or anything, just looked good.
I asked how they got it and they said it was related to Midnighters Club but were pretty elusive about details - anyone know this and how to get it?
