main advice would be to get aid self as soon as tbh. elec has appently good resis, but no heal so at least for the lower lvls to get self aid. i would think around lvl 24 latest tbh but thts my view
I prefer Tough to Aid Self. Sure, you could get both, but I couldn't fit both in and I like Tough better.
Take Jacobs Ladder, Chain Induction, Thunderstrike, Build Up, Lightning Rod from your primary. Take everything bar Conserve Power from your secondary. Anything else is just icing/gravy. Or, both

I currently have everything from my primary except Taunt and Lightning Clap.
I currently have everything from my secondary except Conserve Power.
I also have Hasten, Super Speed, Hurdle, Health, Stamina, Boxing, Tough, Mu Lightning and Ball Lightning.
Works well for me. I don't actually use Boxing and have no slots or enhancements in it, though. I have a full attack chain without it.
Mine will be very similar (lingering at 40 for now) but with recall friend and teleport, for thematic goodness!
I really do recommend Tough over Aid Self, although that may be simply because I'm a little lazy.

I have neither tough or aid self on my elec brute i did however slot as many of the chance of heal proc (from one of the sleep sets) as i could in my attacks

This ^^^. 10% chance of a 5% heal won't make much of a difference.

Just started an elec/elec brute, finding it fun so far, only got it up to lvl 10 though. Any advice on whats worth taking, what isnt worth taking, and any combo's that are good in both PvE and PvP (PvE mainly though).
