was using my TA defender last night no problems with Flash Arrow that i can see.
what enemy type was it Rikti, Crey, Council Etc?
Heroes: Phobos-, Protector-Bot, Shadow of Ra, Bionic Eye, Entropic Chaos, Strike-Freedom.
Villains: Necron Phobos, Khorne-Berzerker, Full Metal Panic, Smasher Devourer, Degrees Kelvin.

Many diferent foes, among them Nemesis, Nurons (antimatter bots cannot remeber the name), rikti, council...
And it keeps aggroing... Can other TA give me their oppinion please?..i've slotted Gausians syncronized fire control on Flash arrow, may this cause it to aggro (-rech enhancement)? Think this could be the cause...
That seems likely - the additional debuff won't pick up the "doesn't aggro" property of the base power.
If you want to be sure it's that, copy the toon to test, delete the proc then see if the aggroing's gone away.

That set is a ToHit Buff with a chance for build up proc iirc Dark Watchers Despair has the -rech proc it could cause mobs to aggro i'm not sure but standoffs suggestion should provide you with the answer.

I had a proc in my flash arrow, but it caused aggro so i removed it. No issues now, unless i get a blonde moment and get in too close in which case... yeah they'll aggro 
I thought about adding this to my Flash arrow but was worried about it aggro'ing and it seems it does. Glad I haven't slotted it now

Most procs will cause aggro if they are slotted in a non-aggroing power. I'm sure that is what is happening here.
I really should do something about this signature.

When Flash Arrow has been nerfed? I've seraching trhough announcement forum but i cannot found any info during the last 3 months... The thing is that since one or two weeks ago, It has stared to aggro foes when in principle it should not aggro (you can imagine the faces of my teammates when the squishy fenedr aggroes a whole mob withouth informing them in advance...quite embarrassing
