Cave Maps = Motion Sickness

I think Vox has already done both of those Omega.

Um, I've not had a problem with the caves, motion sickness or otherwise.

In fact I don't mind the caves at all, it's those out door missions that bother me, or maybe that's just because I like to be led through the map by the nose.

Yes, I have. I hardly ever use my travel power in caves anyway. Only time I do is if I'm in a rush to get to a specific part of the cave and I know where I'm going.

I hear you on this. The wider caves, for example those in the Hollows, I'm ok with. It's the smaller mines/council maps that mess me up.

There's a specific Council map 'part' with various pools on about 3 different levels, with mezzanine floors between them. Absolute pain in the perverbial when it's a 'clear map' mission.

I can't say I get motion sickness in game, just a bit wound up when I'm trying to orientate myself. I do get motion sickness when trying to read on car journeys though (as Mother said, it's all about your centre of gravity being out of kilt with what you're doing), this despite having spent many years working at sea, where I had no problems reading or working in all sorts of weather conditions...

going back to my corner now...

The small cramped caves bug me, especially the purple ones where the walls just blend into one another and become disorientating, but mainly it's because I have a lot of tall characters who get stuck on those ceiling supports - being in first person doesn't help that. A others have said it's particular bad if you're a WS/PB nova or a crab spider (your tentacles/crab-arms get stuck on the supports).

I like the more wide-open caves though - the ones that are more common on CoV side, but also used in The Hollows for the troll tunnels, and that were obviously used as the basis for the re-skinned cave tilesets used by Arachnoids and also the new I12 one mostly seen in Cimerora. I wish all caves were like those - they just need a bit more water and maybe some boulders strewn around, but otherwise they present no mobility annoyances.

But what bugs me more is the game freezing to load the big hangar/jail rooms in Arachnos lab bases. Really, it's been 6 issues now, please fix it Devs!
