If you do 5 radio missions and then a Safeguard mission you will be able to pick up a new contact from the detective in your level range. That should give you new missions
Alternatively speak to your old contacts and see if any offer to introduce you to a new one but I'm guessing you've already tried that

Well, I guess your contacts don't give pvp missions, they just give a 'talk to xy liaison' missions, that will give some info on pvping, but you won't need to enter any pvp zone if you don't want. I suggest to go and speak with the pvp liaisons and then you can continue with your pve tasks.
In addition to what other people have said, if contacts are offering you missions way below your current level you may have one or two old story arcs open. Check for little book icons next to contacts' names to indicate this.
If there are any, you'll need to grind through a few missions to finish the arcs, then your current contacts may start offering things again (you can't have more than 2 "main" arcs open at once, so having old ones on the list can block out new ones).
The main arcs are indicated by a yellow book, so no more than 2 open at one time. You can have numerous red ones however.
Opened this thread expecting it to be from a villain. I can't believe that a lvl 33 hero can't find any PvE missions that are not police band orientated. Never ever had this problem, and spend time both soloing and teaming.
As mentioned before you need to clear some old story arcs, as you always get introduced to new contacts, from old contacts blue side. Only on villains are you forced to get paper missions to unlock the first contact for each zone.

When you level up suffiently to be able to enter a PVP zone you will be sent to the liason by the first contact you talk to (except if you are in the middle of a mini arc in which case you will be sent after you complete it). You can talk to the liason without being sent to him and do not need to take his mishes.
The same applies in the case of hazard zones where you will be sent to the Security Guard for it but you will need to do his mish.
If you are getting old arcs you need to complete the arc so you can open up ones suited to your level. You should still be able to get non arc mishes from the other contacts though.
Check back through your old contacts and see if any of them will give you an introduction - you may need to work through a chain of them if the contact is very old though.

Ok so i'm a level 33 Scrapper/Regen and i can't find any missions to do all my contacts either give me level 10 - 25 missions or give me the PvP Zone missions which is currently not what i want, i've been force to do Radio missions (which i hate).
Can anyone help?
