then end fee is calculated as 10% - listing fee.
so an item listed as 20m, would cost 1m to list.
then if it was sold for 23m, selling fee would be 1.3m
23/10 = 2.3 - 1 (already paid) = 1.3.
However, this theory is blown out of the water if you were charged 1.5m on listing (which is definitely non refundable)

nope your theory is probably still correct. figures in my example were approximate to illustrate my question. any accuracy or implication of accuracy in my calculation is compeltely coincidential and Ramon Daark plc is not responsible for any confusion or grievance caused.

Selling fee is 10% of selling price which is charged if and only if item sells

Will have to check later, but I'm pretty positive that no refund is actually given, even if it is implied.

It's a matter of semantics; if you're charged 10% of the sale fee less the listing fee on sale, it's exactly the same end result as if you're refunded the listing fee and charged a full 10% of the sale price.
IIRC there's only a single line, with a figure that's 10% less sales fee, written to the chat box when you collect your inf - so I'd regard "10% less sales fee" as being what "officially" happens.

just a quick question because I dont know if I've been hit by a bug or not.
I recently listed a IO for 20 million , cost 1.5 to list. I changed my mind a day later and took it down to reduce the selling price. But I didnt get my listing fee back!
I never noticed this before so I'm not 100% sure, is this normal ? If it is, its a pain in the nether regions if you miss-type the selling price (I recently bought an awaken for 100,000 by accident...pesky beer...)
