I am bad with new IOs - old f*rt that I am - just some general questions/points and thinking ahead for my own earth/psi - all IMHO only ofc:

1. drain psyche, power sink AND stamina seems a little over kill to me. Think any 2 of them should suffice; perferable droppin stamina to get u more power picks!

2. Would slot psychic Shockwave
(A) Scirocco's Dervish - Accuracy/Damage

(39) Scirocco's Dervish - Damage/Recharge

3. of the potential 3 powers picks saved form 1. - consider tactics and vengence from Leadership and Mu Guardian for the 3rd

5. In addition to hover/fly - consider CJ instead of SS. It provides immob protect, and with KB protect proc - KB as well!! 2 powers for the price of one (infamy permitting ofc)
Also, although i like fly - hate hover as a power. With CJ providing immob/KD protect - consider Air Supe for more knockdown-ilkity and damage

and Gz on L38 mate - hope it was a fun ride !

Im no expert on IO slotting, but it seeems to me that any more than 4 slots in hasten is overkill. Wouldn't u be better pinching two slots off it and placing them somewhere else for a better return?
For intstance i might be tempted to five slot volcanic gas', u could put two of the purp hold set in (i think that gives a 15% Rechg redux bonus, doesn't it?) or maybe 1 more hold IO and a dmg proc? A dmg proc in VG would be well worth it considering the pulse nature of the power. Are there any dmg procs in the stun io sets? I dont know off the top of my head but if so,u could slap a sixth slot in stalagmaites?

Just ideas anyway. Other than that the build looks pretty sound to me.

Hes done it for Perma-Hasten, common practice when your trying to get it without re-mortgaging your house

Edit; id swap one of your Devastations for an Apocalypse set of 5, little to no diff in price (apoca is *alot* more available too), apoca will also grant more of a rech bonus for stacking

Thanks for the feedback guys.

Purples, purples, purples....the bane of my CoH life.

The reason why I don't put purples in, is because I simply cannot afford them. This build was taking that into account, and I think it's one of the great things about this set combination, that I can put dirt cheap debuff IOs in it.

But DemonicJudgement, your comments about Apocolypse being little to no difference in price to Decimation (I think you mean), has made me wonder....

EDIT: Ok, just as I thought - they are so much more expensive, but if you know of a place where I could get them cheaper or for the same price, I'd be very interested :P

Personaly i would drop a Decimation set for a entropic chaos as you will have a higher chance of getting one set of each rather than two of a rarer one. Stick stupefy in psi shockwave and sticking a doctored wounds 5 pieces into drain psyche and save yourself a slot, could possibly drop one or two from hasten, and if your feelng a bit flush could get a absolute amazement for psi shockwave instead of stupefy. (Absolute amazement is reasonably cheap btw)

Have two perma doms myself and found it is totaly possible to get without using luck of the gamblers and purple sets. On a cost factor LOTG recharges are far more expensive then a purple set, i would stick the LOTG in later if you managed to aquire them dirt cheap or found them.
