If you can afford the huuuuuuuuuge cost on FA (being Regen, i'm sure you can), and you don't mind the lack of the tohit-buff when you exemplar below level 41, that is a perfectly sensible course of action.

The +31% tohit from FA equals roughly 41% acc if you dont have any other source of +tohit going. I cant see any harm done if you remove the other acc

Hmmm what has been said is very right. I also know a DM/SR scrapper who removed ALL his accuracy enhancements from attacks when he got Focused Accuracy and put some recharge on them, he claims ths base accuracy of the attack plus the toHitbuff from Focused Accuracy is enough for PvE purposes.
I have foc acc on my dm/da atm, 3 slotted with adjusted targetting for the bonus and a %for BU proc.
I find the end drain is managable with decent slotting in other powers (I have gone for as much max end and +recovery)
As for the attacks, I have gone for once acc/dmg HO and 5 of which ever sets give the best bonus (crushing impact, sciroco's etc)
Having said that with just focc acc and some IOs (most sets have acc/dmg, acc/end etc etc) you'll be fine unless you hit some big to hitt debuffs. An entire mob of death mages etc.
Personally, I'd say go 2 Damage IOs, 1 Acc/Dam IO (any set level 30+ will do, doesn't have to be expensive) 2 Recharge IOs and 1 Endred IO. Every attack slotted like this would give you enough accuracy with FA, lots of recharge, end reduction and still a good amount of damage.

Everybodies mileage will vary on the amount of accuracy required, some scrappers basically never go above fighting 3 at a time whilst others get swamped and how much acc anyone needs sometimes depends on how much attention they get (stacked tohit/acc debuffs), it also depends on their secondary and intentions. Some people may well be 2 end, 2 dam 2 rechg slots in attacks, 2 end slots in foc and no acc or tohit at all - granted they may be invuln.

i only got 1 to-hit buff on my focused accuracy but it a set enhancement that gives a recharge buff and endurance reduction so i got 3 endurance reductions on my 3 slotted focused accuracy and i barly miss and hits
For an /SR scrapper, FA has an additional bonus in that you can 6-slot it with Gaussian's Synchronized Fire Control for an exta 2.5% def. Assuming you can spare the six slots.

Yep, this works well on a /SR scrapper; did it myself.
I still have at least one accuracy slotted in each attack, though.

My /SR scrapper is my first 50 and almost compeletely IOed up - so has at least one ACC/DAM enhancement in his attacks. This does mean he can handle even level/+1s without FA, nice because it is an end hog, but for higher level opponents I do want it running.

Hi,
My Claws/Regen scrapper has Focused Accuracy 6 slotted (3 to hits and 3 endurance reducers) and I still have 2 Accuracy Enhancements on all of my attacks, so would it make a big difference if I removed one accuracy Enhancement from each attack and replaced them with recharge reducers?
